Wayne Kalish, CFO
Wayne Kalish brings a unique blend of financial, business management, real estate and advisory knowledge to FITFO. Wayne is a formerly licensed CPA in the State of Florida. He holds an M.B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and an undergraduate degree in business with an accounting concentration from the University of Central Florida.
My Story
Wayne began his professional career with KPMG progressing to the position of Senior Audit Manager. He then served as Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Planning and Analysis at Darden Restaurants, Inc., the world’s largest publicly traded casual dining restaurant company. Moving into the real estate industry, Wayne served as the Senior Vice President / Group Chief Financial Officer at Tavistock Group, a globally focused family office, then as Chief Financial Officer at Concord Management, a 32,000-unit apartment management company.
Wayne is currently a partner in the Florida CFO Group, and the founder and President of Arcadia Real Estate Services in Winter Park, FL.
