Andrea Ketcham Mathiesen is the Founder, Member, and Escrow Officer of Closed & Funded, with more than 19 years of experience driving operations, growth, and strategic partnerships in the real estate and title insurance industries. She brings a disciplined, compliance-first approach to building scalable settlement platforms that align legal, operational, and client-facing excellence. An Orlando native, Andrea is deeply connected to Central Florida’s real estate community and is recognized for her leadership, philanthropy, and commitment to creating long-term value for clients and partners.

Andrea is known for building scalable platforms and improving operational efficiency through disciplined processes, strategic partnerships, and technology-driven solutions. She has a strong track record of launching and growing businesses, aligning legal and regulatory requirements with market-facing strategies, and creating systems that support both revenue growth and risk management. Her leadership blends structure with creativity, allowing teams to perform at a high level while remaining adaptable in a heavily regulated environment.
An Orlando native, Andrea has cultivated deep, long-standing relationships throughout Central Florida’s real estate, legal, and financial communities. She believes strong local partnerships and trust-based relationships are essential to sustainable success, and she is intentional about investing time and resources into the communities she serves.
Andrea is actively involved in philanthropic leadership and serves as a member and committee chair for multiple nonprofit organizations. Her advocacy and fundraising efforts support the American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish Central & Northern Florida, AdventHealth Foundation, Mennello Museum of American Art, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was named a 2020 Rising Star by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Orlando.
